Cooperatives are associations of people who have the same goal, namely to improve standard living and welfare their members because, in general, cooperative a weak economic level. One type is Pasar Merchant Cooperative (KOPPAS), which whose consist traditional markets traders want develop business. The purpose study was determine effect KOPPAS on Capital North Cipete Traditional Traders. research method used this study; author uses associative find relationship between two variables, variables X Y (Capital). And it survey because conducted by visiting object research, case studies clarify problem research. data sources primary secondary sources. samples taken were 96 as respondents. results obtained that there significant influence traders' cooperatives capital, well reasons for being an inactive member, namely, no time go cooperative, other lenders easier borrow, can borrow funds should not be large, loan repayment period short.
